YABAINE ("we," "us," or the "Service") respects your privacy and handles information used by the Service in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we use

We use photos and videos that you explicitly select from your device, camera roll, or Google Photos Picker to create and display YABAINE content. We do not browse your entire Google Photos library.

We may also use Google Analytics to collect general technical information, such as pages viewed, interaction events, and device or browser information, to improve the Service. We do not use this information to identify you directly.

2. Google user data

The Service uses the Google Photos Picker API permission photospicker.mediaitems.readonly. Access is limited to media items you select in Google Photos Picker and explicitly authorize to share with the Service.

Selected photos and videos are used only to create the content you request.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, sale, credit evaluation, or unrelated purposes.
We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
Selected media is generally processed in your browser or on your device and is not permanently stored on our servers.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. Third-party services

We use Google Photos Picker API and Google Analytics to provide features and understand use of the Service. Those providers' terms and privacy policies also apply to their handling of information.

4. Sharing information

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to help prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of information we handle.

6. Your controls

You can review or revoke access granted to the Service in your Google Account settings at any time. After access is revoked, the Service cannot access new Google Photos Picker data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will provide notice through the Service for material changes.
